Minimalist food – chicken rice

My favourite dinner , chicken rice and broccoli, super simple and healthy, low fat, low salt, such a mood boosting food for me.

Parboiling the chicken first, then put the chicken and rinsed rice into the rice cooker, a pinch of salt, it takes 30 minutes in the rice cooker to be ready

Steam or boil the broccoli separately

I added my homemade chilli paste for the zing taste experience but not compulsory, you can use your favourite sauce instead

Good food definitely give me a good mood
