Keep yourself busy

I realised that the more active we can be, the healthier we will become and the calmer our mind will be.

Normally after a busy day at work , coming home i only wanted to eat, lie down or lounge on the sofa, mainly being inactive. I didn’t do myself any favour, i keep my head busy with all the thought and stir my mind up even more.

So I decided to overcome my laziness and do something, start with baking for beginner. It is such a therapy for the mind, and doing wonder for keeping the body in shape
